  1. Donate your Payment to serve as a tax-deductible Donation to LSRF
    Donation Acknowledgement Letter will be provided for tax purposes
  2. Refund by Method of Payment  (less $100 Registration Cancellation Admin Fee)

Sunday September 6, 2026 — Sunday October 18, 2026

Options -

  1. Donate your Payment to serve as a tax-deductible Donation to LSRF
    Donation Acknowledgement Letter will be provided for tax purposes
  2. Partial Payment Refund — less $1,300 per Person Retreat Cancellation Donation to LSRF
    Donation Acknowledgement Letter will be provided for tax purposes

Final Registration Payments due before Sunday October 18, 2026

Monday October 19, 2026 - Wednesday December 2, 2026

Option -

  1. NO REFUND of Retreat Registration or Deposits Paid, Cancellation Donation to LSRF
    Donation Acknowledgement Letter will be provided for tax purposes

Any cancellation due to a sudden, unexpected death in the family, a natural disaster or an "Act of God" will be taken under advisement. A full review may result, although is not assured, in a full refund regardless of when the cancellation communication is received.
