Please note that after registering, your request will need to be approved before a Cadence representative contacts you. This process may take some time, but once approved, you will be contacted within three business days with an air itinerary via email. You will have 24 hours from receipt of the itinerary to approve your flight schedule; otherwise, your reservation will automatically be cancelled.

All air arrangements must be booked by the Cadence Group Air Desk and will be issued based on the pre-approved guidelines set forth by The Doctors Company.
