Member Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued up until two (2) weeks before the start of the event, minus a $50 processing fee. After that date, no refunds will be issued. Substitutions are encouraged - there is no fee to register a substitute.
Sponsor Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued up until August 28, minus a $300 processing fee. A 50% refund will be issued when canceled August 29 – September 26. No refunds will be issued after September 26.
