Join us for AHMA-NCH’s 45th Annual Conference! This year’s event will take place at the South San Francisco Conference Center August 24 & 25, 2026, and has a capacity limit for 450 professionals from the affordable housing industry.

• A schedule that maximizes a variety of fresh workshops, divided into tracks ranging from Performance and Leadership to Resident Services and Maintenance, as well as a two tracks in Compliance!
• With classes varying in length from 60 minutes to almost 2 hours, this conference is an excellent source for the continuing education units (1 unit per class hour) you need to be eligible for and to renew professional certifications such as CPO, SHCM, FHC, NAHMT/MS.
