Be the One invites early-childhood professionals to rediscover their “why” — the core reason

 they chose this work in the first place — and to see themselves as the trusted adults who

 change the trajectory of children’s lives. Through humor, storytelling, and Mister Stu’s

 S.U.P.E.R. Framework (Stability, Unconditional Care, Predictability, Encouragement,

 Responsiveness), participants learn practical ways to build resilience, connection, and hope in

 the classroom and at home.

 This keynote experience blends energy, reflection, and actionable strategies, reinforcing that

 relationships are the foundation of everything — no curriculum, model, or system works

 without them. Attendees will leave re-energized, re-connected to purpose, and ready to face the
