Symposium Refund Policy

• A $100 cancellation fee applies to all canceled registrations - regardless of reason for cancellation
• After August 1, 2026, a $200 cancellation fee applies.
• After September 1, 2026, no refund applies
• We regret that we are unable to apply your registration to a future symposium.
• Name changes/substitutions are not allowed

*Cancellation or Postponement In the event the Symposium is canceled or postponed due to Covid 19 or other reasons beyond our control a $100.00 administrative fee applies to all requests for a refund.
