Hello!  Welcome to the 2025 Regional Supervisor Conference taking place Wednesday, April  9th, 2025 at The Hyatt Regency Paris E'toile.

Event Summary:

As a company, we are committed to working together to maintain a strong focus on quality and injury-free operations. To support the efforts already underway, PCC’s Leadership Cabinet has requested that you attend a day-long learning session designed to provide constructive education and training.

As a leader, you are the key to getting our people laser-focused on a mindset of operating safely and with a quality mindset. The conference will also cover other topics intended to offer additional skill development, improved effectiveness, and to maintain a productive work environment.

Unless an absence/conflict is approved by your operation’s General Manager, and President of your Division, you are required to attend.

The conference begins the evening of Tuesday, April 8th  with a Meet & Greet reception for all registered attendees starting at 6:30 p.m.

The conference will begin Wednesday, April 9th with breakfast starting at 6:30 a.m.  Attendees are welcome to join us for breakfast at any time between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

General session will begin at 8:00 a.m. and will last until approximately 5:00 p.m.  Please schedule any departing flights/transportation accordingly.  You are welcome to book two hotel nights if flight times do not allow you to stay until the conference concludes.

At the close of the daylong session, PCC will host a reception from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to reward everyone for a day well spent.
