I understand that the images may be modified to be used as design elements.

I hereby release and hold harmless the Company from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.

I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in Computershare marketing materials or other Computershare publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of these photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby release Computershare, its contractors, employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.

I certify, by signing below, that I am of legal age, 18 years of age or older, and that I have read this release and fully understand the contents.

This release is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
