Group Rate: Special CAAPLE group rate available $249 per night -  book early as rooms are limited and expected to sell quickly.

Cut Off Date: Book by February 8th or before rooms sell out to secure the special CAAPLE rate. Reservations made after the cut-off date are subject to standard rates and availability.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

CAAPLE is not authorized to make changes or cancellations on behalf of attendees. Guests are responsible for managing their own hotel reservations. A 1 night's room & tax deposit is required, taken on the credit card given at time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in a charge of one night's stay to the credit card on file.

No-shows will be charged for one night's stay.
Failure to check in on your confirmed arrival date may result in the cancellation of your entire reservation.
A photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.

Parking Fees:
On-site parking is available at Irvine Marriott. Self parking is available at Irvine Marriott, with rates of $32.00 per hour, and $45.00 per day. Valet parking is available for $52.00 per day.
