PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRPAHY GUIDELINES

We encourage photographs and videos to be taken during the Warhammer Tournament. No attendee needs special permission to capture their favourite moments from the event.

We do have some advice and guidelines however that apply to all Warhammer Tournament attendees:

  • Photography and videography is permitted in public areas of the show unless signs or staff indicate otherwise.
  • Guests are aware there will be photography and videography present at the event.
  • You are solely responsible for obtaining valid, recorded, consent of any subject(s) which you wish to photograph or video.
  • The photographer/videographer must oblige if the subject(s) requests to see the photograph/video taken.
  • It is not acceptable to take or attempt to take photos or videos that would deliberately compromise any person's dignity or not adhere to common decency.
  • Photos or videos taken at our event cannot be kept where any subject(s) refuse or withdraw their consent and must be deleted
  • Media recording equipment larger than a handheld device is allowed only with an approved Press or Creator pass or express prior consent. Please note that even with these passes, this does not grant permission to set up a studio within the event. Those with professional recording needs should contact us via email at globalevents@gwplc.com
  • You may not use power sockets in the event without prior permission from the event organiser.
  • Attendees may not block aisles or walkways, impede movement, or disrupt the Show for photo-taking or recording purposes
  • Photographs taken at events may not be sold to press outlets unless taken as part of a booked trading or exhibition space.
  • If you wish to sell photography services to the general public without a booked trading or exhibition space, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and not granted re-entry.
