How much is the conference registration and what are the different payment options?

Our organization will pay for a group of us to attend, can we register together and use one form of payment?
- Yes, group registration is allowed and paying via one credit card or invoice is also an option.

I am getting an "Registration Not Available" error message, what should I do?
- If you are registering a group, you will need to enter a unique email address per registration; if you select “I am registering on behalf of” option during registration, then you can put your email address into each of their registrations if you need a copy of each registrant's information.
  
  If you are trying to register as a NAPSA Member, please be sure you are using the email address associated with your NAPSA Membership. Visit https://mynapsa.org/sys/login to login into your account and check your member status. Please review the following instructions on logging into your account if you are experiencing any issues. OR visit mynapsa.org to become a new member of NAPSA today! If you have recently purchased memberships, new members are process every Tuesday and may still be in process. If you have confirmed you are using your correct email address, please ensure you use this link to register as a Member after clearing your browser cache/cookies.   If you are trying to register as a Primary Presenter, please ensure that your presentation was submitted with you listed as the Primary Presenter. Please note that if someone else's name was listed in the submission as "the 1 Primary Presenter who will receive 1 complimentary registration for the 2026 NAPSA Conference" they will be listed as the Primary Presenter and you would be listed as the Co-Presenter. If you need to confirm this information, please contact Jackie Stone with your presentation title(s), date(s) & time(s).   If you are trying to register as a Co-Presenter, please ensure that your presentation was submitted with you listed as a Co-Presenter. I am trying to register as a Member or Non-Member but the registration site is not showing these options, what should I do?
- First try clearing your browser cache/cookies. If this option does not work, try copying the link and opening in a private browsing window.
Can I register for just one day of the conference?
- Yes, we are now offering a single-day registration; attendees can choose a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday ticket option. If you plan to attend more than one day, you will need to purchase the full conference ticket. More details are located on the Registration Information.
  
  However, if you are a presenter at the conference you will be required to purchase a ticket for the entire conference.
Why can’t a presenter purchase a day pass instead of a full conference registration?
- Presenting at the NAPSA Conference is distinct from attending as a participant. Presenters are given the opportunity to share their expertise and connect with our national audience, which is a different level of engagement than attending sessions to learn from others.
  
  When someone both presents and attends, they’re participating in multiple ways — contributing content, benefiting from national exposure, and also accessing the full learning experience of the conference. For that reason, presenters are required to register for the full conference rather than purchasing a day pass.

What does virtual registration include?
- For this year’s conference we are excited to be able to offer a virtual/live streaming option for those that cannot attend in person. Virtual registrants will have access to all general sessions and a curated selection of breakout sessions during each concurrent session block. For pricing details and more information on what is included, please visit the Registration Information page.
How do I get a receipt or invoice for my payment?
- A receipt or invoice can be downloaded from the attendee's confirmation email or via their registration confirmation page. Visit the Registration Information for more instructions on downloading your invoice or receipt.
  
  If you need a combined invoice for both NAPSA Conference and Financial Exploitation Summit, please contact accounting@napsa-now.org.
  
  An attendee can also pay their balance via credit card by clicking on the "Registration Confirmation Page" link on the Registration Information page.
I have not received a registration confirmation email, what should I do?
- If you believe you have entered your email address correctly during registration, try checking your spam or junk folder.
  
  If you still have not received it and others in your organization are experiencing the same issue, it's possible that your organization firewall is blocking the email. You may trying reaching out to your IT Contact to see if they are able to whitelist the following IP addresses to allow emails from our server.
  
  If you're not sure if you entered your email address correctly or completed your registration you may reach out to our registration support partner Kayleen.
I am currently registered to attend but cannot attend in person; can I change my ticket to virtual?
- You may modify your registration and choose the virtual option, however, the online process will cancel and refund your previous ticket, and you will need to provide payment for the full amount of the new ticket (via credit card or invoice/check/bank transfer). If you wish to instead receive a refund for or pay for a remaining balance (whichever is applicable), because you’ve have already submitted your previous payment for reimbursement, please contact Kayleen Van Gelder from our planning partners at Destination Consultants to have your ticket manually adjusted. This will incur an administrative fee of $50. You will not be refunded the difference if past the September 1 deadline.
I am currently registered to attend but need to cancel, what do I do?
- Please visit the Registration Information page for cancellation policies and substitution information.
Are there scholarship options to cover my registration fee?
- Sponsorship opportunities will not be offered for this year’s conference. We appreciate your continued interest and support, and we hope to partner again in the future.
Can I volunteer at the conference?
- Yes, NAPSA is always open to accepting volunteers. If you plan to attend the conference, please answer “Yes” under the volunteer question during the registration process and you will be contacted closer to the event.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a discount to the conference for volunteers; any volunteers that plan to attend will still need to pay for a one day or full conference ticket. If you wish to volunteer without attending any part of the conference, please contact Jackie Stone from our planning partners at Destination Consultants.
I would like to attend the FE Summit, how do I register?
- Separate registration for the FE Summit is required. Click here for registration information.
If I get COVID after the refund deadline, will I receive a refund for my registration?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds after the stated refund deadline, including for illness or other unforeseen circumstances. By that time, conference costs have already been finalized to ensure the event experience for all attendees. We understand that unexpected situations can occur and encourage attendees who are unable to participate in person to explore options such as transferring their registration to another colleague within their organization when possible. You may also transfer your ticket to the virtual option but you will not be refunded any remaining balance after the cancellation deadline.
