This course will teach leaders the importance of looking at situations from multiple perspectives to find the best approaches and navigate business environment more successfully. Cultivating an adaptive mindset is a skill that can be learned and built upon. We will teach the foundational concepts of a classical mindset and a jazz mindset. Then we will understand the necessity to approach challenges with an adaptive mindset. This includes seeing problems from multiple perspectives and determining how adaptive to be on a given challenge.
