This education event at the Johnson & Johnson Institute is an exclusive, comprehensive program for PGY4's (third-year residents) and fellows. It provides insights into the fundamentals of cataract surgery,  preparation for life after residency, and navigating the unexpected through your initial years in practice. It is a unique experience where attendees have ample opportunity to engage with faculty and peers during interactive sessions, panel discussions, case reviews, and various labs designed to expand  clinical and procedural knowledge.
