Refund Policy

Cancellation requests made through September 22, 2026, will be refunded at 100%.  

Cancellation requests made from September 23, 2026 to October 2, 2026, will be refunded at 100% less an administrative fee of $25.00.  

Cancellation requests made on or after October 3, 2026, will not be refunded. 

Substitutes are allowed and recommended.
