REGISTRATION RATES: Registration is open to both in-person and virtual attendees. Costs vary across attendance types.

The 2026 Meeting will be a hybrid event. All in-person meeting sessions will be broadcast live for virtual attendees, and on-demand presentations and posters will be available to everyone via the online meeting platform. In-person attendees will also have the opportunity to view and interact with poster presenters during poster sessions.

In-Person Registration means you will be present in New Mexico to attend. Virtual Registrations will only attend online.

• Registration fees include access to all meeting content on October 28-29, 2026 (live/live-streamed sessions, on-demand content, poster sessions) either in person and/or via the virtual platform.
• In-Person Attendees:
  • Registration includes the following meals and social events: a light breakfast, buffet lunch, and refreshment breaks on Wednesday and Thursday, a Tuesday Welcome Reception, and a Wednesday Poster Reception.
  • Add pre-conference session(s) and/or participation in off-site field trip(s) on the days listed below for the specified additional fee(s). If you are unsure if you can participate in either opportunity, please note that you can log back into your completed registration and make changes using your confirmation number provided via email after checkout.
• Virtual Attendees:
  • Registration includes virtual broadcasts of in-person meeting sessions on October 28-29, the ability to view on-demand presentations and posters, and networking opportunities through the virtual meeting platform.
• Cancellation & Change Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, you can do so by October 5, 2026, and receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded, but you may request a substitution for your registration for an individual who works for the same company/organization. To cancel or substitute your registration, you must submit a request in writing to info@delaneymeetingevent.com.
• Attendance Type Change: It is strongly encouraged that you register once you know whether you will attend in person or virtually. However, if you must alter your attendance plans, attendees may change their registration type from in-person to virtual and vice versa. Please note: should the cost of attendance increase due to a change in registration type, the attendee shall pay the difference between what was paid and what rate applies on the date the request was received. Should the cost of attendance decrease due to a change in registration type, there shall be no refund for the difference after October 5, 2026.
