Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted to Member Services, (415) 292-9180 or memberservices@freemason.org three weeks prior to the start of the event to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued if request is received after three weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be issued to those who register for the conference but do not attend. However, you may substitute another attendee in your place if you are unable to participate.
