In-Person Conference Information:
Registration fees include access to all virtual and in-person conference sessions, awards ceremony, networking opportunities, and conference materials. You can pay online by credit card during registration or mail a check payable to the National Children's Alliance with your invoice to the new mailing address below:

Please Note: All early registration fees must be paid in full by April 17, 2026. After this date, any unpaid registration will automatically increase to the general registration rate based on your status (member or non-member).
Travel to Washington, DC:
Three major airports serve the Washington, D.C. area: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI).
Reagan National Airport is the closest airport to the conference hotel, and it is easily accessible by taxi, rideshare, or Metro (public transportation). Dulles and BWI airports are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour away; private shuttles or transportation services are recommended from these locations.

Conference Center Hotel Information
The Westin DC Downtown Hotel, located at 999 9th Street NW, is home to Leadership Conference 2026. All conference sessions will be at the hotel, centrally located in Penn Quarter, adjacent to the Washington Convention Center, and within two blocks of the Metro, Chinatown, numerous restaurants, and entertainment on 7th and H Streets.
A block of rooms is reserved at The Westin DC Downtown , Courtyard Washington Downtown/Convention Center, and Embassy Suites Convention Center, at the federal rate per night, plus tax, for single and double occupancy.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received by May 15, 2026, will receive an 80% refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 15, 2026, or for registered participants who do not attend.
