What are the conference hours?

Day two of the conference will start at 7:45 a.m. and end by 3 p.m.

How do I access the Saint Paul RiverCentre?

Enter the Kellogg lobby on Kellogg Boulevard and take the west-end escalators up to the ballroom level, or take the skyway from the Saint  Paul RiverCentre ramp, which is connected to the ballroom level. Look for digital signage throughout the building to direct attendees to the conference’s ballroom level.

Where do I park?

The Saint Paul RiverCentre parking ramp has a new Inugo parking system, where drivers can enter and exit with the gates up, eliminating the previous pay-as-you-enter process. For Conference attendees parking in the RiverCentre ramp:

  • Before arriving at the RiverCentre ramp, download the Inugo mobile app and enter your contact information, license plate number, and payment information
  • If you do not want to download the app, there is a QR Code you can scan upon arrival to use the system in “guest” mode, or pay stations throughout the ramp. If you do plan to park in the RiverCentre ramp in the future, the app is recommended.
  • Upon entering the ramp, drive past the gates/booths and pull into the parking spot of your choosing (no more stopping at the payment booth and exchanging money at entry)
  • Once parked, before entering the event, complete your “purchase” of parking, following the online prompts
  • Information about the New parking ramp instructions is listed on the Saint Paul RiverCentre website.
  • Parking in the RiverCentre Parking Ramp can range between $20-$30.

Helpful tips for parking:

  • This new system uses license plate recognition technology, so you must pull into the ramp and park before paying. You cannot pre-pay for parking. Once you have parked, payment should be processed before entering the event to prevent receiving a notice of nonpayment.
  • Your payment is only valid until the end of the event each day. If you are using the Inugo app, as the parking session is coming to an end, you will get notified via email and will be given an opportunity to pay to extend your parking session if you wish. This reminder feature is not available if you paid via the QR code (“guest” mode).
  • There will be staff in the ramp to assist as needed.
