The 2025 Computer Science Principal Investigators (PI) Meeting will be held at Embassy Suites Dallas/Frisco, Frisco, TX. The meeting will begin on March 25, 2025, at 8:30 AM Central Time and end on March 26, 2025, at 5:00 PM Central Time. The registration fee is $250 for in-person attendance and registration is for lunch and breaks on DAY 1 and DAY 2 and breakfast is included in the hotel rate. I If you are a DOE employee or local federal employee, you will not pay the registration fee but will be able to purchase lunch during registration. Hybrid options will be available for the plenary sessions.

The goal of the Computer Science PI meeting is to enable a synergetic exchange of research advancements across multiple current projects and portfolios in the technical areas of interest to ASCR Computer Science. The meeting will facilitate presentations by computer science researchers on their recent accomplishments and discussions on the latest advances in computer science for scientific computing. This two day meeting will feature presentations by DOE-funded computer science research projects; poster sessions for more detailed discussions and for exploring collaborations; breakout sessions focusing on relevant topical areas in computer science research; and other opportunities for interactions.
