The Graduate Leadership Course builds on the skills you learned during your participation in a prior Academy Leadership program. Those returning will participate with other emerging leaders who have decided to further develop their leadership skills. Attendees will have the opportunity to fine tune their Personal Leadership Philosophy (Leader's Compass) and reaffirm their own Energize2Lead® Profile Assessment for more effective use with their teammates and co-workers.
