2026 NEA-NH Summer Leadership Weeks

NEA-New Hampshire, your state association, cordially invites all members to learn and grow with us at the 2026 Summer Leadership Week! This year we are offering six days of free classes to train and develop leaders and to inspire and guide our members.

There is power when we come together and raise our voices to make our opinions known. It is also clear that we must stick together! The workshops offered this year will provide you with knowledge and skills that you can use to build solidarity with others and help you advocate for important educational issues – whether it be negotiating a stronger contract or spearheading an important issues campaign. We have added a day in Keene and a day in Littleton, and we redesigned the Bargaining workshops to go more in depth on topics you might want to explore. Workshops include: 

· Negotiating and passing better contracts;

· Understanding Special Education law, Code of Conduct, and other legal responsibilities;

· Becoming a more effective leader as a Building Representative, Grievance Chair, or Treasurer;

· Addressing the issues of safety in schools;

· Becoming an effective advocate for pro-education legislation;

· Creating strong messages to build support for public education.

FOUR DAYS are in Concord; ONE DAY is in Keene and ONE DAY is in Littleton. SOME CLASSES WILL BE OFFERED ON ZOOM AS WELL AS IN PERSON; READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY!
