Program Overview

Join us in-person or virtually for our lecture-style conference.

We offer diverse and clinically-relevant content delivered by outstanding speakers and opportunities to earn the first CRNA microcredentials in the nurse anesthesiology specialty.

We schedule the lecture program to start and end early, giving you the content you need, and plenty of time to enjoy the resort, Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay, Universal CityWalk, and Universal's newest theme park, EPIC Universe.

AANA Prior Approved CE

This program has been prior approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology for 22.00 MAC Ed Credits; Code Number 1046254; Expiration Date 6/11/2026.

The AANA designates this program as meeting the criteria for up to 5.00 CE credits in Pharmacology & Therapeutics.

The AANA designates this program as meeting the criteria for up to 0.50 CE credits in Pain Management.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

You may cancel your registration up until April 15, 2026 to receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. After that date, no refunds will be given. Cancellations must be received via email at NAFA@vcu.edu.

In the unlikely case that an event is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the NAFA will fully refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including change or cancellation charges, to include but not limited to airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
