ProteinLynx Global Server (PLGS) Data Processing for DDA Data

This module demonstrates how to process data dependent analysis (DDA) data using ProteinLynx Global Server (PLGS). Topics include processing parameter and workflow parameter setup, data processing, and basic data analysis for a database search.
