Pre-conference workshops, standard sessions and special events

Pre-Conference Workshops (Additional Fees Required)

Register for any or all pre-conference workshop days by clicking on the "Register Here" button on this website. You do not have to register for the conference in order to register for the pre-conference workshops. Attendees can register for different days of each workshop, or choose the bundle package and save on registration costs. Attendance may be onsite or virtual. 

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (August 10th – 12th onsite and virtual + August 28th - 29th virtual only)
    • PCW1: 40 hours of required didactic training for IQCB Certification
    • Presenters: Tom Collura, PhD, QEEG-D, BCN, LPCC-S, Robert Turner, MD, MSCR, QEEGDL,  David Ims, LCPC, BCN, QEEG-DL, & David Cantor, PhD, M.Sc., QEEG‑DL, BCN, FNAN for Stress Therapy Solutions.
    • August 10, 11 & 12, 2026: Live In-Person in Las Vegas, NV or VIRTUAL (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM PT)
    • August 28 & 29, 2026: VIRTUAL ONLY (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM ET)

    • Registration Fee: $1395 for all three days onsite and two virtual days plus CEs.

    • Poster Reception in Vendor Hall, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM. First 100 attendees get a free drink ticket. Cash bar will be available. No food provided.

    • Platinum Sponsor Party hosted by BrainMaster Technologies, 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM. Appetizers provided and cash bar available for all registrants. 
  • Saturday, August 15
    • Celebration Dinner 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
      • Lifetime Achievement Award Presentation, Board Acknowledgment, followed by Plated Dinner. 
      • One dinner ticket included with Standard Conference Registration until August 3, 2026. 
        • Registration on or after August 4th does not guarantee a dinner ticket, but dinner tickets may be purchased based on availability for a small fee. See the registration desk on-site for more details.

He serves as Director and Chief Scientist of Neurophysiology Research at the Houston Neuroscience Brain Center and is the Founder of Clinical NeuroAnalytics, LLC.

Andrew Hill, PhD

Andrew Hill, PhD is the founder and director of Peak Brain Institute in Los Angeles, where he has provided clinical QEEG assessment and neurofeedback services since 2001. His work focuses on the neural mechanisms of operant EEG conditioning, QEEG phenotyping, and quantitative EEG methodology.
