This course is very popular! On the day registration opens, thousands of people try to register for the course. The volume of people trying to register can cause the system to limit the number of people who can be in the registration at the same time as the registration nears capacity.
This can cause the system to give you a registration error, which may say that registration is unavailable or closed.
The course is offered on a first come, first served basis. Be assured, when registration reaches capacity, a waitlist button will appear.

The program instructs professionals in the nuances of commercial ice cream manufacturing. It is taught for a diverse audience, including personnel from:
