By submitting this registration form, I hereby authorize ISO New England Inc. to use, reproduce, and/or publish any and all photographs and/or video that may pertain to me, including my image, likeness and/or voice. I agree that ISO New England may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, promotion and web content. I further agree that my participation in any publication and/or website produced by ISO New England confers upon me no rights of ownership whatsoever, and that such participation will not be compensated.

I hereby release ISO New England Inc., its contractors and its members from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with the use of my image, likeness and/or voice under the conditions set forth above. Any authorization provided is continuous and may only be withdrawn by my express rescission of my authorization.
