Since joining the PaymentsFirst team in 2023, Joy has combined her background in education and financial services to deliver engaging learning experiences for professionals at all levels.

Before joining PaymentsFirst, Joy began her career as an elementary school teacher, spending four years in the classroom before transitioning into the financial sector as a consultant for a credit union. Her passion for learning and educating others continues to guide her work in payments education today.
