The Ohio Children’s Alliance’s System of Care Summit brings leaders, professionals, and community partners from across Ohio together to turn shared insight into meaningful action for children, youth, and families. The Summit builds on five regional community conversations led by the Alliance in 2026, where local partners shared what they are experiencing, how needs are evolving, and where opportunities exist to strengthen the systems supporting Ohio’s children and families.

Now, those local perspectives come together at a statewide gathering designed to elevate what is working, address shared challenges, and shape the next phase of system improvement. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, educational sessions, and networking opportunities, the Summit will connect diverse voices, highlight effective approaches, and help translate community-driven insight into practical action and policy recommendations.

Opening Keynote - October 26

For nearly four decades, Maureen Corcoran has devoted her career to strengthening the public systems that serve children, families, older adults, and other individuals with complex health and support needs. Throughout her career, she has brought together government agencies, healthcare providers, advocates, community organizations, and families to improve the way public programs work for the people they are intended to serve.
Recognized nationally for her leadership in Medicaid, behavioral health, and healthcare transformation, Corcoran has helped shape some of Ohio's most significant public policy initiatives, including community behavioral health transformation, behavioral health redesign, expansion of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Medicaid managed care modernization, the nation's first Single Pharmacy Benefit Manager, and OhioRISE—Resilience through Integrated Systems and Excellence.

Closing Keynote - October 26

Marti Taylor has served as CEO of OhioRISE and Vice President at Aetna, a CVS Health company, for the past three years. OhioRISE is a specialty Medicaid plan that supports more than 65,000 youth with behavioral health needs across the state of Ohio. In this role, Marti has been instrumental in improving the lives of members by expanding access to innovative, community-based services statewide, including Intensive Home-Based Services and Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities. The outcomes of this program are not only showing excellent clinical and social outcomes but also bending the cost curve. Marti joined Aetna/OhioRISE after serving as President and CEO of OneFifteen and as Executive Director of Behavioral Health at Verily. In these roles, she led a cross-disciplinary team dedicated to modernizing addiction care through an innovative partnership with Verily, the life sciences division of Google. The Dayton-based treatment center helped thousands of individuals battling the disease of addiction.

Closing Keynote - October 27

Benjamin F. Miller, PsyD, is the Founder and Principal of Revolution Desk, LLC, a mental health strategy consulting practice focused on mental health systems change, community-level intervention, and policy strategy. He also holds an adjunct faculty appointment at Stanford University School of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Through Revolution Desk, Ben works with health systems, philanthropic foundations, and policy and advocacy organizations to design strategy, facilitate leadership convenings, and advance mental health across the world. Prior to Revolution Desk, Ben was the Founding Director of the Eugene S. Farley, Jr. Health Policy Center at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and later served as President of Well Being Trust, a national foundation dedicated to advancing the mental, social, and spiritual health of the nation. He maintains a faculty position at Stanford School of Medicine, and is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
