Is the meeting at the same hotel as our room block?

Yes! We are meeting and staying at the Hilton O'Hare

When is check in and check out at the hotel?

Check in: 3:00 pm

Check out: 11:00 am

Do I need to pay for my hotel room?

You will not need to pay for your hotel room. All room and tax charges will be applied to the Xeris Master Account. You will need to provide a credit card when you check in to cover any incidental charges.

What is the dress code for the meeting?

Business Casual

What meals will be provided?

Day 1 -  Lunch and Dinner

Day 2 - Breakfast, Lunch (grab and go),

We will also provide coffee, tea, soda, and snacks throughout the meeting.

Will there be a place to store our luggage?

Of course! Many bags and suitcase look the same or similar so please make sure your suitcase or bag as a tag on it with your name. 

Do I have to fly into O'Hare, I like Midway Airport?

Yes, this hotel was selected because it is attached to the airport allowing for an easy in and out meeting. Please do not book any flights arriving or departing from Midway

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

The Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport is directly connected to the airport. Follow signs for “Hilton Hotel” and use the underground pedestrian walkways from Terminals 1, 2 or 3. If arriving at Terminal 5, take the Airport Transit System (ATS) to Terminal 2, then follow signs to the hotel.
