Sustainable arbitration
We are proud to align with the principles of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations, a global initiative to reduce the environmental impact of arbitration practices. Inspired by the Green Pledge, the campaign has united stakeholders across the arbitration community in a shared commitment to sustainability. In this spirit, the ASA Retreat has been designed and organised with the ambition to implement as many best practices as possible—minimising waste, promoting responsible travel, and integrating sustainable solutions throughout the retreat. Together, we aim to contribute to a more responsible and environmentally conscious arbitration ecosystem.
