Overview

This program is a skills-based workshop during which participants work on one of their own cases and learn how to use fact-busting and principles of storytelling and persuasion to integrate the facts of a case in a persuasive manner with relevant legal principles, both in appeals and at trial. Participation in all parts of the program is mandatory.
