What if your next level of leadership isn’t about doing more, but becoming more aligned?
Leadership today isn’t just about strategy, it’s about alignment. In this interactive workshop, Missy Kelly guides participants through a powerful process to reconnect with their next level of leadership, break through internal barriers, and translate insight into meaningful action.
Blending reflection, mindset work, and practical application, participants will be introduced to the Impact Matrix, a framework she developed for aligned decision-making, and guided through a future-self visualization to access deeper clarity. From that place, they will define 3–5 clear, actionable 90-day leadership commitments focused on how they lead, what they prioritize, and how they sustain performance.
Participants will leave with a renewed sense of clarity, ownership, and a practical roadmap to lead with intention and impact over the next 90 days.
