Administrator: Managing Users, Settings and Cases is a hands-on course built for professionals who oversee data processing, enrichment and system administration tasks.  

Course Objectives

•  Configure and deploy advanced OCR and imaging profiles with fine-tuned data processing controls.
•  Manage encryption workflows, including secure decryption key handling and custom metadata mapping.
•  Tune performance using advanced system settings and optimized execution profiles.
•  Allocate system resources effectively to ensure stability and responsiveness in Nuix Investigate®.
•  Administer full case lifecycle operations: migration, backup, restore, and connector integration.
•  Implement reporting and log management to enhance system monitoring and diagnostics.

Participants will be registered in the Administrator: Managing Users, Settings and Cases exam to validate their knowledge and skills.  Passing of this exam is a requisite to obtaining the Nuix Neo Master Certification.
