CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing to International Zinc Association, attention of Berit Wirths, bwirths@zinc.org. Refund deadline is April 13th 2026. Cancellations made after April 13th are non-refundable.
All refunds are subject to a EUR 100 processing fee and will not be processed until after the conference.
Substitutions are permitted at all times.
Room cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.

The Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher’s is a 5-star hotel located on Brussels’ elegant avenue Louise which is rich in art galleries, bars, restaurants, and high-end shopping. ROOM BLOCK
IZA has taken a room block at the Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher's. The discounted rate is EUR 211 per night for single occupancy. The rate includes breakfast, wifi and 6% VAT. The city tax of EUR 5.30 per person per night will be added. The IZA group rate is limited to conference registrants.
The room block ends on April 13th, 2026. There are currently no rooms left on May 4th only on May 5th.
