Our request for proposals is now closed!
Throughout the summer, we call for proposals from community college professionals to share their projects, experiences, and insights with their statewide colleagues. We are now in the process of reviewing submissions. More information will be available in the fall!

Theme Influencing Sessions
You'll notice our presenters will relate to this year's theme, Lighting the Path: Staying Grounded, Sparking Opportunity:

- Vision + Strategy
- This track is designed for those who want to better understand where the community college system is headed and how to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
- Grounded in Purpose
- Mission + Students
- This track focuses on what’s working, what’s needed, and what truly moves the needle on student success across Iowa’s diverse populations.
- Sparking Opportunity
- Innovation + Action
- This track highlights creative solutions, emerging practices, and collaborative efforts that are opening new doors for students and institutions alike.
All programming will focus on leading with clarity, strengthening student success, and advancing innovative solutions. Participants will engage in work that is both strategic and relevant.
Sponsor-Led Sessions
If an outside entity (i.e. non-community college) is approved for the program, then they must become a sponsor, even if co-presenting with a community college. To learn more about our sponsorship opportunities, click here. No session in the program is guaranteed for sponsors unless they are at the Platinum Sponsorship level.
