  Sponsor Participation Guidelines:
     To ensure consistent branding and representation, all sponsors are asked to submit the following:
      • High-resolution company logo (.jpg, .png, or .eps) for use in approved sponsor materials, which may include the website, sponsor board, e-blasts, event slides, and directory.
      • Brief company description, 160 characters or less, for use in event presentations or sponsor materials.

     Meeting Registration:
     All sponsors must register in advance for each meeting. Complimentary registrations included with Annual Corporate or Event Sponsorships are not automatic and must still be submitted through the registration system.
