The Future of Cancer Prevention in the Fire Service is Happening Now
June 10-12, 2021
Every year, the National Firefighter Cancer Symposium (NFCS) is our opportunity to bring together members from the scientific, academic, firefighting, government, and labor/management communities to support the reduction of cancer risk in the U.S. fire service. Together, our mission is to extinguish cancer.
The 2021 NFCS will be jointly hosted by the First Responder Center for Excellence (FRCE) and the Firefighter Cancer Initiative (FCI) at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. The event will focus on the most current research and cancer prevention practices in the fire service.
The NFCS 2021 will be available as a hybrid event.
The FRCE will be hosting the in-person NFCS at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista South in Kissimmee, FL, June 10-12.
All content and speaker engagement will also be available virtually, on-line hosted by FCI.
