Attendees for #HPN26 are required to stay within the designated group block in order to attend the conference events.

Partners: A hotel booking link will be provided in your confirmation email after registration.

Associates: Hotel booking will be handled through your registration.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Room must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund.

Tulum International Airport (TQO) is 40.6 miles from our resort; Cancun International Airport (CUN) is 59.5 miles.

Transfers will be provided during peak arrival and departure times from Cancun International Airport (CUN).

We're all about comfort here, so feel free to wear whatever makes you happy! We're pretty laid-back, so don't worry about being too fancy. You can totally rock your favorite pair of jeans and fit right in!

Our social events are all about networking and relationships. We will let everyone know in advance what events will be taking place so you can plan accordingly. If there is a theme you would enjoy leaning into, please do (and if not, that is okay too).

Our appointments maximize efficiency! All appointments are group-style appointments between an Associate and multiple industry Partners. This time is focused on relationship building - the foundation of our business! You will receive information in mid-August on how to make these appointments.
