Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event start date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative processing fee.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to events@s-r-a.org.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations received less than 30 days before the event, or for registrants who do not show up for the event without prior notice.
We reserve the right to waive this fee in cases of unavoidable emergencies at our discretion.
Accessibility Statement

Venue Accessibility
The conference venue and designated meeting spaces are accessible and compliant with applicable accessibility standards, including:

• Elevators serving all conference levels
• Designated seating areas in session rooms
Mobility Support
For attendees with mobility needs, mobility scooters will be available for rent on-site for a fee. Availability is limited and scooters must be reserved in advance. Additional details, including pricing and reservation instructions, will be provided closer to the meeting.
Attendees are also welcome to bring their own mobility devices.
Program Accessibility
SRA is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment. We encourage presenters to create accessible presentations by:
• Using readable fonts and high-contrast slides
• Verbally describing visual content when possible
• Allowing time for questions and discussion
