We are inviting local businesses to attend a workshop focused on the new deliveries and servicing arrangements ahead of the Oxford Street traffic free transformation, which will begin this autumn.

This workshop is designed to help businesses understand the upcoming changes, assess how deliveries and servicing operations may be affected, and explore alternative arrangements that may be needed. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss their specific requirements with the project team.

We encourage businesses to attend to ensure they are prepared and can make any necessary arrangements well in advance.

Who should attend

Operational staff responsible for deliveries and servicing for businesses on Oxford Street, as well as businesses in the surrounding area who may be affected by changes to delivery, servicing, loading, waste collections or access routes.

Workshop types:

There are two main workshop audiences:

1) Oxford Street businesses

These are for businesses located on Oxford Street itself, who will be directly affected by the pedestrianisation changes. These sessions will provide operational detail, focusing on access hours, servicing routes, delivery windows, supplier management, waste arrangements and practical problem-solving.

2) Surrounding area businesses

These are for businesses not located directly on Oxford Street but likely to notice local impacts. These sessions will provide an overview of local access arrangements, route changes expected effect on traffic and the benefits of pedestrianisation

In order to attend the in-person workshops, please register using the button below. If you are unable to attend in person, we are also holding online sessions (you do not need to attend both)

Online sessions:
If you are unable to attend in person but would like to join us for an online session, please register below.

The online sessions will be more of a briefing/Q&A format. They will cover what is changing, what businesses need to do, common scenarios, FAQs and where to go for further support.

All workshops are 90 minutes.
