Exhibitor Registration Fee: $2,200
Order Writing Expo:
- Included: One 6ft Order Writing Table
- Optional: Extra Order Writing Tables - $500 Each (and are based upon availability on Feb. 15, 2027 - refunds will be given for any additional table requests that we cannot accommodate.)
- Optional: Access to Electrical - includes access to basic electrical with an extension cord run to your table with a 5-outlet power strip. Fee is $100 Per Exhibitor. (Only 12 available).
- Optional: Lunch Buffet during Thursday Order Writing - $45/person
- Optional: Boxed Lunch during Friday Order Writing - $40/person
- Order Writing Table Location will be assigned once the Platinum Sponsors select their locations.
Education:
- Included: One 90-minute class – subject to availability for any exhibitors registered prior to February 15. (Additional classes, if available on February 15 will be awarded in the order you registered for an additional fee of $150).
- Included: (NEW THIS YEAR) Microphones, Projectors, Document Cameras and Screens for all Classrooms
- Included: A 1-minute presentation to retailers with a one per person giveaway at the Product Lightning Round.
- Optional: Sample Making Frenzy Table - $150 Per Table
Reception: (We strongly encourage vendors to attend the reception. This will be excellent networking opportunity with retailers.)
- Optional: Welcome Reception - $55 Per Person
Hotel Commitment:
Manufacturers MUST reserve a minimum of one sleeping room through our room block for a minimum of 2 nights.
Important Policies of Which YOU MUST be Aware:
- All attendees are required to book a minimum of 2 nights sleeping rooms through our room block at The Embassy Suites Indianapolis Airport Plainfield. Cancelling this room will result in cancellation of your event attendance with no refund.
- A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is due at the time of Registration. The balance will be due by February 27, 2026.
Drayage and Pallet Fees
- First 10 boxes under 40 lbs will be covered by your registration fee.
- Any packages over 40 lbs or additional packages after your first 10 boxes incur a receiving charge based upon weight of each package:
- Boxes/Tubes under 40 lbs = $5/package
- Boxes/Tubes 40 lbs or over = $12/package
- Pallet/Skid/Crate = $115 – all pallets must be pre-scheduled through the Embassy Suites Event Center and pre-paid through TheCollinsGroup.
Sponsorship of Evening Reception, Snack or Lunch beginning at $1,500+ Level.
Platinum Sponsors will receive the following additional benefits:
- $200 Discount on Exhibitor Registration (In addition to the Early Bird Discount)
- Platinum Sponsors will get to choose their order writing table location from a blank map in the order they committed to sponsorship.
- Choice of class timeslots (in order of sponsorship commitment)
