Career Fair & Mentoring Session

Are you a student or early career researcher looking for an internship or full-time employment in industry, government research labs, or state/district regulatory agencies? 

Or are you a startup, established company, national lab, or a university research lab looking to hire soon? 

If so, please sign up to join us for the first AAAR Career Fair and Mentoring session. 

Students and early-career researchers will have a chance to learn directly from the participating partners about opportunities they have, get feedback on their CV, and participate in mock (and possibly real) interviews. This event is free and open to all Conference Attendees.

Please select your intent for participation during registration as “Looking to meet employers” or “Looking to meet potential applicants”, so we can coordinate the event planning with you. 

Light refreshments will be provided. 

 

Benefits for Participating Organizations

Employers and research organizations are encouraged to participate in the AAAR Career Fair & Mentoring Session. Participation offers a unique opportunity to connect with the next generation of aerosol scientists and engineers. Benefits include:

  • Free participation — There is no cost to participate in the career fair or mentoring session.
  • Furniture provided — A table and chair will be provided for your booth at no charge.
  • Free tutorials — One team member per participating organization receives complimentary access to conference tutorials.
  • Free refreshments — Complimentary refreshments will be available during the event.
  • Tuesday Plenary recognition — Participating companies will be highlighted during the Tuesday plenary session.
  • Pre-conference promotion — Your organization will be featured in AAAR’s social media posts and website advertising leading up to the conference.
  • Early access to candidate resumes — Participating companies will receive access to submitted candidate resumes approximately one month before the conference.
