2026 S-STEM Scholars & PI Meeting Career & Education Fair Registration Process

The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and the National Science Foundation (NSF) invite you to participate in the Career & Education Fairs at the 2026 S-STEM Scholars & PI Meeting in Washington, D.C., on October  9-11, 2026, to be held at the Washington Hilton.  Learn more about meeting goals and attendees here.

EARLY BIRD PRICING
Now through August 1st the base package is $1,000.00 and includes a 6' skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, electricity access and registration fees for one representative.

After August 1st the base package is $1,500.00.

Each additional representative registration is $500.00.  The registration fees include conference meals from Saturday until Sunday morning.
