Participation is limited to the venue's capacity of 100 guests,
pre-registration is required!

REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

Every delegate must sign the following waivers during the registration process to be accepted:

1) General Release of Liability

2) Covid-19 Waiver

3) All attendees to this event must be fully vaccinated and present proof of
ID along with proof of vaccination in order to enter the venue.

4) Covid-19 Safety Acknowledgement

In order to keep delegates, venue staff, and the public safe, STEP Canada requires a Covid-19 screening to be completed a maximum of two (2) hours prior to your arrival. This will be included in your reminder email and can be completed on your electronic device.

5) Masks

As of March 21st the province will have listed its mask mandate for most indoor public settings. As such, guests are welcome to exercise their own personal preference in donning a mask or not while at the event. We want everyone to enjoy the tasty refreshments in a manner of each individual's comfort level.

*Any adjustment to this policy implemented prior to the event date will be communicated by email. Absent such a communication, please be prepared to follow the protocols noted.
