ERP-CA - Employee Management Certification

The Employee Management Certification is a comprehensive four-day, hands-on training designed for HR/Payroll users responsible for managing employee records in ERP-CA. Participants gain in-depth knowledge of Employee Management, including navigating records, performing advanced searches, sorting and exporting data, understanding record relationships, managing assignments, processing new hires and terminations, executing mass changes, uploading information, and applying data-based logic.

The course also emphasizes maintaining compliance through proper use of notes and attachments, and leveraging reporting tools to support payroll, position control, and organizational reporting. Through real-world scenarios and guided practice, users build the confidence to manage accurate, compliant employee data efficiently.                                                                               

Dates: August 18th, 20th, 24th, and 26th, from 9am-2pm (will schedule an hour lunch in session)
