Traditional Blues

July 27^th-August 2^nd 2026

Traditional Blues brings together a creative community of artists from across the globe who share a passion for early blues traditions and moving the genre forward. Blues week celebrates the music and traditions of African American folk blues, its roots, forerunners, and their stories, while at the same time coming into the future with a new twist on the past.

There is no age restriction. If you are familiar with your instrument, you will get the most out of the experience. However, this is not required and anyone who wants to be here is encouraged to do so. Youth (those under 18) must be accompanied by an adult (21+) guardian (no charge for non-participating guardian) and will be required to sign a Centrum Student Behavior Contract. If staying in the dorm, the guardian must also stay in the dorm.

Tuition:

Adult: $675 (Scholarships Available)

Youth: $575 (Scholarships Available)

Gospel: $175 (registration is now full)

Dance: $400 / Youth rate $300

Optional Room, Meals, and Transportation:

We provide rooms at the workshop for $420, 

Add a meal plan for an additional $450 

And add a Airport charter-
