About the Series
Ayurvedic Acupressure combines the principles of Ayurveda and Acupressure into a practical healing system. Unlike the traditional five-element framework, this approach introduces a unique ten-component structure for understanding the human body and its energy systems.
The Meridian System focuses on ten vertical and ten horizontal energy channels throughout the body and teaches simple, effective techniques for assessing and treating these channels through the thumbs.
The Regional System divides the body, organs, and systems into ten regions that correspond with the fingers and toes, providing an accessible method for locating acupressure points and supporting balance throughout the body.
No prior experience is necessary. All are welcome.
