WORLD WORKPLACE EUROPE Cancellation policy
World Workplace Europe reserves the right to cancel an educational event due to low enrollment, unforeseen factors, or any other reason making it practically or economically inadvisable to conduct the event. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified as promptly as the circumstances permit (although WORLD WORKPLACE EUROPE cannot be liable for any failure to notify). World Workplace Europe, however, cannot be responsible for any other costs, losses, or inconveniences that a registrant may incur, such as costs of transportation (plane, train, rental car, etc.), hotel cancellation fees, reservation fees, lost pay, vacation or leave time, etc.
WORLD WORKPLACE EUROPE Refund policy
Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received in writing to worldworkplaceeurope@ifma.org prior to December 20th, 2024. A refund of 45 percent of the total paid will be refunded to cancellations received in writing to World Workplace Europe between December 20th, 2024 – January 20th, 2025. Refunds will not be granted after January 20th, 2025. Refunds will not be given for no-shows after the conference. You are allowed a one-time transfer for your registration if you are an IFMA, FMN, or EUROFM member in good standing. If your substitute is not a member, he/she must become a member to receive the transfer. Transfers are one-time only and cannot be used from year to year.
