In this one-day certification course, learn to create and manage cases in Nuix Discover, administer user access permissions and generate actionable insights through case metrics and platform usage reporting.

Course Objectives

• Configure and launch new cases within Nuix Discover.
•  Create and manage user accounts, assigning appropriate case access.
•  Maintain user profiles, including deactivation and deletion workflows.
•  Utilize the Organizations feature to securely segment client access across cases.
•  Set up custom portal notifications to enhance communication and visibility.
•  Generate detailed portal reports, including usage metrics and hosting data insights.

Students will be enrolled in the Nuix Discover Portal Administrator exam to validate their knowledge and skills. Successfully passing this exam is a requisite to the Nuix Discover Master certification.
