To reserve a room within the conference hotel block, you must be registered for the conference. Conference registrations and hotel reservations will be cross-checked to verify eligibility.
Hotel reservations are limited to one (1) room per registered attendee. If you require additional rooms or have special accommodation requests please contact NPACE for assistance.

No-Show Fee The hotel’s no-show fee is one night’s room and tax charged to the individual
*Please Note - Reservations are subject to the individual hotel policies, including the cancellation policy. If you cancel your NPACE Meeting registration, your hotel reservation will NOT automatically be cancelled. You will be required to cancel your hotel reservation directly with the individual hotel.
Attendees who do not cancel their hotel reservation by the hotel's cancellation deadline will be considered "no shows" and will be charged for their room reservation as stated in the information above and included with your hotel reservation confirmation.
